Hong Kong – September 10, 2019 – Dell Technologies Forum 2019 (DTF 2019), an industry-defining annual IT event, was held today at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. Themed “Real Transformation”, the forum featured seasoned IT experts and senior executives, who shared insights into a selection of hot IT topics and emerging technology trends that are shaping the business world. The Forum was dedicated to helping industry professionals gain valuable insights into advances in IT, modern infrastructure and cloud strategy, and realize the full potential of digital transformation in today's dynamic business environment. The annual conference was well attended by over 1000 delegates, many participating through a live streamed and on-demand virtual DTF 2019.

In the morning session, Dell Technologies invited their corporate customers to the Executive Interview themed "Seeing is Believing: Customers Stories the Real Treasure" to discuss the major challenges facing enterprises and IT executives in their transformation journeys, and highlighted successful cases to show how Dell's latest solutions address customers' business challenges and give them a competitive edge in today's global market.

Themed "Women In Tech: Digital Society Observation", an enlightening session featured inspirational female leaders in the local technology industry who discussed advancing women in STEM careers and shared how they embrace opportunities by leveraging on emerging technologies to facilitate business growth and enable societies and communities to thrive and prosper.

The panel discussion entitled "Real Transformation" included both Dell Technologies executives and other industry leaders, who showed how enterprises are empowered by the latest IT solutions – from the edge to the core to the cloud – to derive business value from unlocking the power of IoT data.

Throughout the afternoon, 18 inspiring breakout sessions examined the hottest IT trends and newest technologies for digital transformation. The event also featured various booths by Dell and its partners in the Showcase Area, with the newest products and solutions that enable real transformation. As a highlight, the event featured a self-driving car demo empowered by Dell EMC's cutting-edge infrastructural solutions to support the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems / Autonomous Driving (ADAS/AD) vehicles and High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions.

Dell Technologies Forum Hong Kong 2019, a multi-format event experience, provided a unique platform for IT decision makers and executives to discover the IT infrastructure, applications, devices and security from Dell Technologies that enable real transformation, marking a milestone for Dell Technologies in Hong Kong.
